I noticed this as well and this is only my second day here. Both my posts were downvoted or whatever by this smooth person you were talking about. I thought i might have did something wrong. That's really obnoxious that someone would go out of there way to stop someone from getting upvoted for whatever personal gain or misguided beliefs they may have.
