How impressive, an American company built a house with a 3D printer.
ICON developed a printing method to build a house of 60 square meters of cement in 24 hours, with a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. No plastic or metal, only for a value of 10 thousand dollars and plans to reduce costs to 4,000 dollars.
"It's much cheaper than the typical American home," said Jason Ballard, co-founder of ICON.
Once ICON completes the material testing and design adjustment, the company will move the Vulcan printer to El Salvador to begin the construction of 100 homes.
