What are the best contests you have seen in Steemit so far?

I'm making a research on Steemit contests, and wanted to gather all the best contests so everyone can gain knowledge in this area too, as well as me.

Since it will be more beneficial for all the community, to see more great contests, I think it's better to understand first on how to create great contests by looking at the previous examples.
