Dear Steemians.
This is a post to all of you. I wrote a lot about that Steem is in a bad condition. We kill its ourselves. I will explain my opinion in this post. And I'll write what I'm going to do to make Steem best.
Now there are the following problems:
People have not motivation to create good content.
People do not understand what content to create is not necessary.
The System is full of empty "challenges". Not all challenges are bad.
Not quality content receive some of the rewards.
New people on Steem hevent enough supporting. People come to the System and go out quickly. Because they haven't enough level of knowledge, skills, understanding and support.
What I am going to do
Search for good content in tags: writing, ua. (Maybe they will change).
Set up upvotes, depending on the quality of the post.
Create a Trail to development of good content.
Do not put self-upvote.
Search for the delegates of the Steem Pover to motivate the creation of quality content.
Support new users.
Why I can:
I have experience.
I have time.
I believe in Steem.
I want Steam's development.
I'm a new curator. I need the support of the Steemians, and especially I need help of experienced curators.
Let's make Steem wonderful together.

Це пост звернення до всіх вас. Я багато писав про те що система у поганому стані. Ми самі ж ії вбиваємо. Я поясню свою думку цим постом. І напишу що я збираюся робити для того щоб зробити Стім кращим.
Існують наступні проблеми.
- Люди не мають мотивації створювати гарний контент.
- Люди не розуміють який контент створювати не треба.
- Стім переповнений порожніми “челенджами”. Не усі челенджі погані.
- Поганий контент відтягує на себе частину винагород.
- Новенькі отримують мало уваги.
- Люди приходять на Стім та швидко йдуть з системи. Тому що їм бракує знань, вмінь, розуміння та підтримки.
Що я збираюсь робити.
- Шукати гарний контент у тегах: writing, ua. (Можливо вони будуть змінюватися).
- Ставити апвойти в залежності від якості поста.
- Створити трейл для підтртмки гарного контенту.
- Не ставити апвойти своїм постам.
- Шукати делегаторів Стім Повера для мотивації створення контенту.
- Підтримувати новеньких.
Чому я це можу:
- Я маю досвід.
- Я маю час
- Я вірю у Стім.
- Я хочу розвитку Стім.
Я новенький куратор. Мені потрібна підтримка Стіміанців, а особливо допомога досвідчених кураторів.
