Seemed easy enough.. just type in "I want to delegate 500 SP to Hive account@tipu" in the comment thread

then you get a reply:

"Hi Hive account@bearbear613! Special squad of highly trained hamsters prepared this delegation link for you:
steemconnect 500.0 SP delegation to Hive account@tipu".

I'll try this for a week and see what happens. I guess 500 SP is not much and it still gives me a voting of a whopping $0.15 cents. Hopefully steem will increase one day.. Unforunately it's sitting at:
