Anytime bellow 200 is a good buy in my opinion. It is almost impossible to predict a bottom but chances are that Etherium will retraxe to its previous hi at 420 and up. Again i'm not an expert, just a guy with a brain and an educated guess. I don't like ti miss opportunities so i buy progressively in the way down. That way when it reaches a bottom i feel good i didn't miss an opportunity.
My best guesses now are to buy:
Etherium most of all... STEEM!!
