It seems that as pointed out here by a commentator, the comma is a bug on the software and you're right and the image isn't manipulated. But Hive account@pawsdog also hasn't accused you of anything here on this Steemit blog post. He has left all the options open and he hasn't jumped to any conclusions.

I believe Hive account@pawsdog has followed the above principle and hasn't delivered any accussations.

I know a lot of people do not speak up in the fear of being flagged but this isn't anyone's mistake. As curious human beings, we'll raise questions on anything that doesn't seem to be in line .
Please remove the downvotes as the issue is resolved and Hive account@pawsdog here will update the post.
