Todays crypto story on social media is giveaways.

I host many crypto giveaways on my Twitter Page as well as give prizes out on my YouTube Livestream. I am of the opinion that raising awareness and getting crypto into peoples hands is of utmost importance.

We as a community, are heavily involved, we have built a social space together, and thus it can be hard for us to see outside of this. The majority of people who are currently in the space interact online through platforms like Twitter, Reddit & Steem. These are places where our community has strong representation (A lot of us are there).

The truth of the matter is that the majority of the world does not know what crypto is. We are in the "whats that" phase, when it comes to looking at common consumer adoption. I am of the opinion that getting crypto in front of people in the most important thing. Who cares if its a giveaway, new wallets are generated, people are googling cryptocurrency, subscribing to crypto channels. Stop trying to prevent crypto from being cool or trendy, this isn't a grunge band you discovered and hold over the heads of your less cool friends. We must be inclusive.
