Even with the current Break Out on the BTC, the STEEM is still not decided if we will do a UP or a DOWN. We are still stucked in the middle of our 2 lines and even if we have some moves, no one of them is able to go test one of the 2 lines.
Patience is the attitude to have now for the STEEM. It is really too much risky to trade it now as it could go in one of the 2 directions, even with a UP on the BTC...
