Did you notice the decrease of you upvote worth? Even thought you Steem Power haven't decreased.

Today i have logged into steemit and after my upvote i noticed it increased only by $0.10 while yesterday it was $0.14

So i decided to look further into this, at first i thought that my voting power in not at full. I have checked that and it was on 98%.
This was not the case then.

I went to steemnow.com and checked Hive account@craig-grant profile, since i had a screenshot of his power from yesterday.

This is from yesterday.

This one from today.

So Hive account@craig-grant Steem power increased by 1000 since yesterday.
His worth of the vote have decreased from $95.61 to $78.13

Did i miss anything there was no hardfork, why did this happen then?
With an increase of steem power the vote power should only increase not decrease by roughly $17.
