Bittrex has a new interface to accompany their newly re-opened registrations. It does look a little more elegant, but isn't as sleek as I expected, given the proposed "complete revamp", and is dividing Steemit folk. I personally liked the simplicity of the old interface. Whether this new UI brings with it an improved responsiveness (particularly at times of high volume, which has been Bittrex's problem before) will be the clincher.
For those of us who use it to trade or fund a Steemit account, a problem has arisen
If you have a username of less than 10 letters on Steemit, how do you withdraw SBD or Steem?
If, like me, you struggled to withdraw and couldn't figure it out, here is a solution:
Step 1 - Log Into Bittrex, click on Wallets and press the red icon
Step 2 - Type in your Quantity in the withdrawal amount section
Step 3 - In the address section, type in your username and add spaces after until you get to 10 characters
It's that simple. Just add spaces after your username until you get to 10 characters. For example, in my case it would be Doctoryak with a single space afterwards. I didn't have to put anything in the "tag" (which I presume is where the "Memo" would go as before) section for my withdrawal to work, but I would advise still putting in your public memo (beginning with STM) just in case.
I hope this helped anyone who was scratching their head like me
