Attention is key, so also the vibration. The types of contents and collaboration that takes place on these platforms are on their own level. What is shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are all different from what is shared on Steemit.
The ecosystem are different hence their vibrations to conform to the laid and acceptable systems they are created to address and exist for.
Steemit has her own vibration that sounds more like.., in a class of its own. It is tagged a "decentralized social media platform that rewards to socialize."
Quality is king as well as quantity. On many platforms, the win is pegged and achieved based on the quantity it dishes out, while other based on the quality. The attention one gets makes the number of their followers and earnings grow.
Quality always beats quantity.
I think Steemians should look more closely at the attention commodity that is needed to fly on Steemit than on the immediate earnings.
Attention is what made Facebook what it is and the eyes will always bat at those things that catches their attention. But for Steemit, it is more so about the earnings which is still disputable and the fact that it offers an unexplained algorithm
One can be loud on their Steemit journey but not the kind of 'Facebook loud.' I believe we all must be known for some kind of noise that will see us going through life the way we should.
Rowdiness and empty banters works on Facebook, but not that much for Steemit. Noise, slow speech, serious or lazy pursuit all points to a win or a loss.
Make some quality noise, be seen and heard. The value you work to create is what will determine the value of your presence.
Make good use of that edge that seems all so unimportant at the moment. Create moments that will last.
Author meaningful articles and and tell great enough stories that when you are made to listen or partake in them, you will be able to smile and not frown.
The world is changing and as the day break, we are daily learning the most important aspects of our living.
