You probably have heard the rumors by now, but incase you haven't, rumors has it That Justin Sun,Tron's CEO has intentions of acquiring Steemit.com.
This kinda got me off-guard and I have no idea where this rumor even started from. But I remember a couple of months ago Justin and Ned tweeted back and forth regarding doing something together. Perhaps that conversation is what has led to this supposed incoming acquisition.
All in all, I am not sure of what to make of it.
Would You Be Supportive of this Idea or Against it if it were to happen?
I kind of feel a change is as good as a rest, after all, they do say the only constant in life is Change right?
The brighter side would be, Tron would bring over its community o to Steem and it might even open new opportunities for more investors and content creators. Perhaps this could be the gate way to finally having a crypto/blockchain project that will open up the blockchain space to mass Adoption.
I think this would be an interesting move to make. Both communities would benefit from each other. However, this are just mere rumors and whether that is going to happen, only time will tell.
I kind of wish it does...
Justin has a way of getting people to pay attention to him, even if most may not agree with his ways, at the end of the day *there's nothing like bad publicity *... Which is ultimately something STEEM could do with. Someone bold enough to take on BS & do crazy shit to get the word out the door.
Also, have you guys noticed that little pump since yesterday when this rumors started circulating? Hhmmm. I'm not saying it has anything to do with this, I'm just saying it might 🤔
Could this be the announcement he mentioned on Dec 1st?
There's alot more articles regarding this supposed acquisition that have been written in the last 24 hours, I think if you Google and read on them you'll find it rather interesting and absurd as to how little people know about STEEM.
I get so upset when they confuse Steemit.com to being the STEEM Blockchain. So annoying.. See below...
People seriously need a STEEM 101 class. So we earn tips here now do we? Aarrgh
Anyhu, here's to hoping for better change and more opportunities for STEEM in 2020🤞🥂🍺🍷
