Steem First 100 users

Based on the below post I set out to see if ned's id was 497 in fact. While I was at it I also thought of getting some details about the first 100 accounts on Steemit. While most of them seem to be dormant there are some trivia here in the list.

There were some inconsistencies and it was right pointed out by Hive account@blockchainstudio I have corrected those and posted the updated version below. If you would like to take a look at the top 500 users details copy the list of users from the bottom of this post and paste in the link provided.

The list was created with SteemSQL and the helper tool I had created https://nkgokul.github.io/steem-tutorials/SteemProfiles.html I will be working on adding more details like SP and account balances.
