I had an alert set in Coinbase to let me know when the price of Ethereum dropped below $350.00. Why I chose that amount, I cannot even remember because that alert was set a long time ago. When my telephone rang letting me know that the price of ETH had dropped below $350, I immediately checked the price of Steem and it was $0.99!
Choices and consequences ran through my mind. Crypto currencies are down all over. I decided to power up and take my chances with Steempower rather than just hold on to the ETH and wait for times to get better. At least with the extra Steempower, I can earn money while I wait for the bleeding to stop.
I'm keeping my small investment in Bitcoin for the long haul. I still believe that it will come back by December. We shall see.
