So I heard about the undelegation of from
and even if I really haven't been a benefactor however I think
's support of a few selected content creators is really amazing, even if I may not agree with the methods, I still think that it's better than when whales sit on steem power without utilizing it to facilitate the vibe and the hunger to create contents, even if some may say money shouldn't be a motivation I still think it'll help a content creator buy a laptop, buy internet access and a little other few things too, by and by I'd like to say steem is far from perfect, it may have even metamorphosised these past few months and it ended up favouring some content creator and massively working against some other content creators, that's why we see whales becoming minnows and other minnows becoming dolphins or orcas and in this future, this is one area we must address, steem is definitely the best no doubt, but some blockchains will closely be monitoring for weakness so as to become a solace with few people who may leave steem because of these weaknesses.
The fact that buying steem facilitates progress here impacts a mentality, and even even when this wasn't a mentality in the past, one can agree arguably that we're heading for a capitalistic elasticity where individuals with huge steem investments will decide who are the best content creators and who aren't, to me this is awesome but it has a downside; take for example people who attend steemfest events are likelier to associate, put themselves on automatic votes and keep having the big support, now this wouldn't really be the case but there is always a likelihood that it'll be the case and then it creates an oligarch circle of people taking a chunk off the daily stuff automatically writing off the "Quality blogging equals reward" thingy which seems to be the genesis prerequisite which the blockchain was built on. Not to meander, "quality isn't really a reason for reward, the main things that brings reward is friendship, sentimentality and you know connection, now this seems normal but you know if we'd distinguish between right or wrong then we'd all have a similar stance here.
In earnest the system that functions In the blockchain may be broken, but like I said earlier in it's defence "steem is not perfect" no blockchain is. Infact steemcleaners has it's works cut out as a result of some whales spamming the reward pool and tweaking how it churns out and amongst it is selfish self voting without contributing to the community and the platform, upvoting Spammy comments with outrageous figures and all. Like early feel free to disagree, this is just the content of a drunken man, but even in my outrageous drunken state I can still point out that there is arrant abuse in the reward pool system and has increased of late so even when I do not have a clear reason why this is happening I think that a tweak in the way things are currently done will work wonder, I'm sorry to end this post in an I conclusion manner or adopted an indifferent mannerism, I'll like to add that people who are doing so much for #steem be recognised and not some absent wannabes who claim to be promoting steem on twitter when they're basically doing nothing, as for the figure heads, I'll like to say initiated the twitter steem promoting and
has facilitated greatly alongside him, but it hurts me that a few figure heads are taking credits for this, a few selected steemians including myself have rigourously promoted #steem and even when we are selflessly doing this it hurts to see a few people bask in the fact that they never recognised our twitter handle, I'll not mention names, but I'd like to call out the figure heads to actually join
and us in promoting steem on twitter and not bask in only tweet they've tweeted on twitter, like I said "fair" isn't present, but we can as well do the right things as human being. God bless #steem
