Falcon Heavy
On February 6th, 2018, Space X successfully launched the Falcon Heavy rocket. A space ship able to lift 140,000 pounds to low-orbit. Rougly being made of three Falcon 9s while only costing about halve as much more( $90 million vs $62 million) due to partial reuse-ability. In achieving this remarkable feat Space X, led by Elon Musk, demonstrates how hard work can persevere and advance man kind.
Frontier
Space exploration is similar to crypto currencies in that they are two examples of technologies on the frontier of human understanding. Each facing difficulties of their own and no success without fail. The current bear market that has hit the crypto market is but a minor bump along the road. Crypto currencies are inherent more complex due to their decentralized nature, but also offer far greater potential.
Steem Blockchain
The Steem blockchain directly rewards the users for adding value to the platform, for building the ecosystem. This system, that incentivizes the creation of value, will grow at an accelerating pace as the network(userbase) grows. Slowly overcoming each difficulty that comes up along the way. The size of the rewards directly influences how quick growth is going to be. Depending on how other Blockchains create value(rewards) for their users, this grow can be slower or faster in comparison. The network effect and the decentralized nature of contributions to the Steem Blockchain has more potential than a more centralised creation of value, current state of Ethereum for example. The size of network(users) also directly correlates with the value and growth rate.
Outlook
Looking at all crypto currencies there is a lot of potential and there is still a lot of value(money) inside the crypto market. This value makes for an ideal breeding ground for innovation. I believe multiple crypto currencies will be successful, creating value in their own way for mankind. As Space X is advancing the frontier of space exploration crypto currencies will revolutionize and decentralize the economy. Steem is working on innovating social media. source
