What plant is this?

I found this plant in the northern part of Nigeria in Nasarawa state precisely close to a visual art studio environment, I was fascinated by it’s beauty and just couldn’t wait to document it.

I really don’t know what this is but it’s seed is like that of melon, it has a short stem and a bag/container carrying the seed.
