Though there is no explicit announcement from musing you can volunatarily delegate steem power to musing. They have already received a huge delegation of steem power from Steemit Inc of about million steem power. Thiugh you can delegate the steem power to musing unlike other dApps on steemit blockchain they are not offering any airdrops or ROI on invested steem power. May be that is one thing they can improve in their next upgrade of platform. This could actually increase the support of community to musing and may be will help to spread musing among more users
