I already wrote about the impotent attempts of the RosComNadzor to block telegram messenger. Now they block more than 20 million IP addresses. Telegram still works stably, but many other services in Russia have been disconnected due to these insane actions. There was a lot of services from PlayStation to cash desks in stores. And one of the victims was a STEEM.
