I am new at this cryptocurrency thing, but I notice tonight that Steem has the top ten in marketcap

I noticed this tonight on coinmarketcap.  Since I joined Steemit, Steem was around 14-15.

Congrats, to those behind Steem!

Any thoughts on how this affects the value of Steem or rewards on posts?
