Open forum as this is a platform for social networking?
I'm not going to "bitch", I just need to understand certain requirements so that I can post whatever content I want; like everyone else does??
I'd like to start to understand why individuals like

Do they have to go through the same protocols associated with becoming a "witness"?
I'm curious to hear people's thoughts on this matter?
After all, I'm feeling a little victimised as he continues to find it his mission to Down Vote my posts.
What criteria is he following? Can he list the other posts he is Down Voting? Please elaborate any pertinent reasons why?
May I suggest he compiles his own "white paper" on the requirements for posting content on steem?
I especially would like to hear thoughts from the following.......
