Yesterday I read someone's post and it really inspires me more to stay here in Steemit.
I joined Steemit last September 2017 and be active for almost 2 months. But then I gave up because of the thought of "I can't do like successful people here in steemit did.", "I can't create a good and valuable post!","How did they do that?","Each post I made did not earned a single penny" So I stopped writing and creating posts here. .
Creating blog is not that easy as other people think it is. For them, this is like a simple job. Creating post might be easy but making a valuable content is not. It is really tiring thinking what to write in a single blog.
So here when I came back last week (Tuesday), I created posts again. But this time, I just ignored the single cents I receive on each of my posts. Until my friend 
Today is my 1st week being active again. I earned for already 45$ overall for my 1-week posts! Well I gain single cents on first few days of the week. I know it is not much as other people earned hundreds or thousands of penny on a single post. But it makes me happy because I earned more than I did before.
I am now planning on growing my account by reinvesting my rewards I will gain today and for the next days. To power up as I can. I realize that the more you grow your account, the more loyal followers you will gain. I hope you can support me with this as it will not only benefits me but also you too. (Cross fingers)
Invest in yourself. Make friends and interact to each other. More friends means more views and comments and this is equivalent to more upvotes. The more upvotes you have, the more earnings you gain. This is the key to success.
A newbie can only have an upvote value of 0.01. Powering up can make your upvote worth more that you can use to contribute in the community. It is more important to give back to the community as much as you can. Also by giving valuable or thoughtful comments and advice to others. I stuck up before but giving up is not really a good idea. Give back to community and see how much will come back to you.
Everyone can be a whale like those famous Steemit Whales. You never know when you will be. But I hope when any of us become one of them, we will never forget those people who took time to help us and guide us at the very beginning.
Reinvesting your earning and powering up could be worthy in time. So patience is all we need.
Yes other people chose the present and not investing for future especially millennials . Investing for your future will make you more successful. When time comes, It will be your turn to shine.
Most important to remember:
Make Steemit as your business. Focus on things that will lead you to success. Be original and unique. Followers will come; maybe not now but in time. Don't give up and believe in yourself.
