Bernie was upvoting Hive account@introduce.bot comments from his other accounts (it looks like I stopped this procedure). Same happens here Hive account@abusereports and probably on his other accounts. Instead of curating good content and earning 10% from his Voting Power he takes back 100% .

In my previous post I asked Hive account@berniesandes to burn some of his stolen STEEM. He accepted the chellange

Update: @Ned Let's determinate max downvote value per account in upcoming hardfork. Something like this:

because right now there is no free speech on steemit

My voting power is at 100%, I didn't vote in last 24h , My account gets 75% back from my daily voting power.
example 2:
