One of the great news I got yesterday was from Steemit blog! They announced some gigantic new features which I am very pleased to share with you.
Some of them are quite technical and will definitely fly above the radar of an ordinary Steemian. I'm talking about things like RocksDB and AppBase. These help our blockchain run very smoothly without glitches.
Now let's go to the one you can easily relate to; the ability to edit posts past 7 days. This means that you can now edit posts that have paid out. Hurray!
This is one factor that has been hindering alot of people from maximizing Steemit. I mean what if you get more ideas after your post has already paid out. Or let's say you are doing something creative like writing books or poetry and you want to edit it? My point is that this hinderance is not even necessary.
The post payout should remain though. Without that restriction some persons will totally milk the reward pool from a single post. So let's leave it at that.
In case you are wondering where you are...This is steemland where everything is possible!
Note: this feature is currently being adopted by witnesses. Should be visible soon!
