Does anyone know when roughly the next hardfork is going to take place? The one with free downvotes, proposal system, and the new rewards split?
I've been hearing a lot about it, and remember that Steemit Inc. basically said it was ready to roll out, so when is it going to take effect? Or is it still being discussed?
