Same thing happend with me yesterday. I sent them 16 SBD which was as per them beyond the limit instead of 10 and after requesting them they did refund me 6 SBD. BUT when I told them that I'm in huge loss, they behaved really unprofessional manner. They said I'm being greedy and all. Against $10 SBD they voted me initially around $9.5 and after some Conversation they voted few more cents which was still not equal to $10 in total. I told them that after 25% curation from $10 I'll have a payout of $7.5 where I'll have around 3.5 SBD AND rest are steel. So I'll be in loss of around 6SBD. But this guy was not ready to understand rather arguing with me. If ROI is less why should People invest on bots? I asked them to justify but they never did. U tell me, am I going to have lost or not with the above calculation.
