THE ATTEMPT: I attempted to transfer 102 Steem and 29 Steem Dollars to Bittrex.
NOTE: It was not one hour ago. This was a screen shot from the 07/27/2016.
THE PROBLEM: I copied the WRONG MEMO line from the Bittrex.com website.
THE FIX: Send an email to SUPPORT at Bittrex explaining how stupid I am.
FIRST RESPONSE FROM BITTREX SUPPORT: This was within 30 minutes!
FIRST SEARCH FOR THE CORRECT CURRENCY: Search for STEEM first.
NOW CLICK ON THE PLUS SIGN: To copy and paste the CORRECT MEMO.I DID THAT AND EMAILED SUPPORT BACK: TODAY IT WAS FIXED!!!*** They fixed my problem within 24 hours and the STEEM and STEEM DOLLARS were in my account.***
I hope someone gets some value from this and I hope it was simple enough to follow.
I also hope you do not make the same mistake I did. The correct memo line is very important.
