1. SPS receives 25,000 SBD donation

As spotted by Hive account@inertia the Steem Proposal System (SPS) has received 25,000 SBD into the Hive account@steem.dao account via Hive account@blocktrades.

The memo on the payment says "partial payment for steemit's SPS donation" so it appears to part of the Steemit Inc funding suggested by Hive account@ned at the outset of the SPS (SteemDAO) development.

There is no indication of what fraction of the total payment this 'partial payment' represents...

This gives a significant boost to the SPS funding ability bringing the available daily budget to almost 800SBD...
