Ha. I'm not a vegan, but have not eaten meat for well over twenty years. The reasons are various as the thought of vegetarianism began when I was a kid (a long time ago). My adult children are not as healthy eaters as myself, but they do read labels--so that a good thing.

I have not followed much about newsteem, so kind of lost there. But I'm LOVIN' my 'monsters.'
