I am in the same boat. I have funds sitting on another exchange, just waiting to send to Binance to trade for Steem. I have heard some bad things about Bittrex, and block trades fees are high. I really don't like keeping anything on an exchange. I also have TRX on Binance with no deposits/ no withdrawals and no decent wallet to send to........ I would think there would be a lot of people upset and texting/tweeting Binance. :(
