@smartmarket is currently taking a lot longer to process your transfers due to provider problems

We are experiencing issues with the Provider that we are using to cast the votes on behalf of our Vote-Sellers.

This results in single Votes taking 1 minute or more to process and many of them result in an error.

There is currently not much we can do from our side, besides hoping that it will be soon resolved.

Your transfers to Hive account@smartmarket are however safe and will be processed / refunded in time.

Additonally, it is currently not possible to login to smartsteem.com.

For the developers:

Steemconnect has probably issues with their Heroku Server.
