How Steem Earns. Can you please answer. Please!!!

I am new to steem and still learning.

So we earn by posting. We get steem which we can trade and cash. That's great.

But from where these steems are coming. I know other people votes for me and based on their voting power upvote value varies.

Suppose one man upvote this post and as a result I got 10 cent. Now where does 10 cent come from? His voting power. but his voting power is not reduced. I mean if his account takes some rest his voting power will be 100% again. So he did not lost money.

So how steem earns. there is no advertiser company. And I see people getting 400$ 500$ even more earn.

Facebook youtube gets money from advertiser company and we get some of them.

Can you guys clear me. I know the question might be silly.
