Excited To Put Some Steem To Good Use
Video starts at 30s in sorry non-edited yet.
So I've had some bitcoin and steem I had in bittrex and I decided to go put some to use over at newegg. I've already made a post when I ordered the graphics card but I figured I'd make another here after I got it all in and figured out. I've been working on doing some game recording to possibly do some reviews and other things. I may do a few things for my friends also that need a step by step guide on how to do some computer things they would like to know. Possibly even a creating a steemit account how to video.
I wanted to do an unboxing of the card but hell I couldn't take the time of video taping me getting it out. I had to rip right into it when I got home from work and knew it was waiting for me. Now this isn't the best card on the market but I'm pretty sure its the best card for the price I paid. I'm not a huge AAA title gamer so the extra cuda cores and ram the TI brings over the original 1050 was all I could ask for. The card set me back $140 dollars roughly. Seeings though it was all from steem its not something out of my normal budget.
Even before a heafty overclock this has plenty of power to do mostly everything I'd like. Works good for the games I play at the highest settings. May also help out in some video editing and making memes.
In the end though I just wanted to let my steemians know to look out for some more content from me. It's been a while since I've used a windows pc but I figure I can use all the open-source software I've always used and some more. Its a learning curve for me to get back to windows I'm constantly getting confused a little bit. Don't worry though my open-source friends my laptop will still be running linux mint. Hopefully going to finish setting up my old pc as a file/media/web server for here at my new place.
Keep looking out for more and remember to always..........
