We have worked together with our legal representation team at Bull Blockchain Law LLC to determine the contents and fill out the Incorporation documents.

Interim Executive Board

We have nominated and voted on our Interim Executive Board members out of those Interim Board members that submitted their personally identifiable information (KYC) for the purposes of the Incorporation documents.

The following persons were nominated during the meeting (no one self-nominated) and graciously accepted the following positions on the Interim Executive Board:

Secretary - Hive account@shadowspub
Treasurer - Hive account@alexvan

Due to Hive account@alexvan's new role, he is now the third key holder to the Hive account@steemalliance account.

Current Focus

We are working on the fiat banking and accounting elements of the Foundation setup process.
