This is a quick update to inform everyone that we have signed the legal agreement and sent a retainer to continue moving forward the process of establishing the legal entity. We are using Bull Blockchain Law LLC as mentioned here.

Besides that, we remain in a holding pattern until further legal details are ironed out.
