For better Jackpot Reward per user, the game WIN rate should be lower, as the Jackpot Stacks on pick miss, therefore it is more rewarding to WIN a Jackpot of 10 STEEM instead of e.g. of 4 STEEM thus the Number Range Pick should be bigger for a lower probability of Hitting the Guess Number. In the same time to not make it Boring and so slow the Numbering Range moved from [1 to 9] Decimal to a [0 to F] Hexadecimal Range ➜ [ 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F]
