Here is our Foundation proposal put together by Hive account@surfermarly and myself w/ mentorship by a few other great Steemians!

The reason for this proposal came from the Hive account@steemalliance to submit a first rough design so we took it upon ourselves to head straight into it and are now taking in feedback, suggestions, and anything else you like to throw our way!
