I can't think of a truer statement than this. "Nothing but good news for cryptos, if you look long term!" This will keep you sane and excited. Two points to always remember.
One is cryptocurrency / blockchain technology is the future. That blockchain technology will effect all industries and digital assets are the next evolution in money for society. Remember we've gone from gold standard, to cash, to checks, to credit cards, and now to digital assets. Society will transition and mass adoption will happen.
Two is, when the market tanks, treat this as an opportunity to buy and increase your positions in your coins of choice. Collect them when they are at bargain prices. Increase your stake and hold, hold, and hold. This is your time to plant your seeds. Harvest will come shortly and when it comes, it will be in abundance. Prepare, prepare, and prepare. This must be the game you play.
This is how I deal with the volatility of the markets and how I go to sleep restfully and at peace at night. It's a strategy that is working for me. Hope it will help you also.
Just be patient and know how lucky you are being involved in crypto at so early a stage. Stay strong and follow your crypto journey. It will pay off and you will be so happy you stuck with it.
