I find it fascinating to see how much I learn - every single day; through every interaction and decision, I make.
Often times, I learn new things, but sometimes I un-learn old beliefs.
I believe, similar to how time is an illusion - oneself, of who and how we are, is also an illusion.
Every time we make a decision, we have the chance to change who we are.
Some changes hold longer than others and the more often we make a decision in the same direction, the longer the changes last.
Change usually feels weird - at least for me.
I have an image of myself in my mind - and if it changes - then who am I?
Well .. I am - who I decide I am.
I can decide who I want to be - with every decision I make.
Every comment I write, every thought I decide to follow - re-creates me.
And I understand now - why it is so important to be mindful of what I decide to do.
The decision for this post - is a decision for change.
To let go of the past - regardless of how much time has passed.
