Not sure where you got the 10% for Steem - but that's wrong.

The amount of Steem you get right now for payout is at most 5% but prob. lower.

Now the thing is - we can't predict how high it goes. If Steem drops lower or rises higher in price. But in total - Smartsteem is the fairest service in that regard.
