When a player plays Steemdice. The bet amount gets transferred to Hive account@steemdice1 and if the player wins he receives the win amount from Hive account@steemdice1 with a win memo. If he lose Hive account@steemdice1 transfers 0.001 STEEM/SBD acknowledging the player that he lost. So the transaction is between Hive account@steemdice1 and @"Player" No other user is involved.

See this is Victims wallet transfer! This Victim while playing steemdice, once it happened that the bet amount instead of going to Hive account@steemdice1 transfers to Hive account@steemdice

Therefore it was not acknowledged by a win/lost message in the wallet memo & that bet amount gets lost as far as the player and steemdice1 account is considered.

Now see this is the account where the amount was not supposed to go.
