This is already the third episode in my serie for new Steemians.
in my earlier posts I discussed posts, rewards, followers, curation, the Steem crypto variant, te voting process and voting power.
In this post I will discuss some other important aspects of Steem, so I hope it is usefull in your steem journey...
Steemit tools
There are a lot of great tools available on the Steem blockchain to make the world a little bit easier :) . In this chapter I wil discuss the tools I use most to get the most out of Steemit or which I use for information about my Steemaccount.
Steemplus
Reputation score
When you enter your blog page the first thing that takes your attention is the decimal behind your reputation score. In the normal site it's withou decimals so now you can see exactly when your reputation is going up a level..
Steemian Type shield
An extra feature is that you see which Steem Type you are, like the picture a Plankton II. When you hover over with your mouse you see how many SP you need for the next one.
Usertype
Next to the username you see the reputation of the user, it can be Spammer, Bot or Human. You can tweak the database by giving your opinion on that particular user.
Extra menu options
There are several new menu-option whcih gives you more information then the regular Steemit site, go and check them out.
Real account value
The given account value in Steemit is based on the average on the payout window. The Steemplus is on the actual value
Links
There are a lot of predefined links to all kind of great tools. Check them out to see which info you get from them.
As you can see has a lot of cool features to help you control your account and information.
Go check Steemplus out to see what more great features they have.
Steemworld
Steemworld is a website where you can get a lot of information about your account.
You can enter is by https://steemworld.org/%your steemit username% when you enter is you get a big view of all sorts of information.
I wont put screenprints for every option, you can look for yourself but the things you can see here, among others, are:
- Your upvotes, who has upvoted you and with what percentage / amount
- Pending author rewards, if you want to know how much rewards you will receive the next 7 days
- Pending Curation reward, the same as the author rewards but then for curation
- Your amount of Steempower, and you can visualize what your upvote will be with another amount of SP
- Who your new followers are
- Who mentioned you
As you can see, you can get a lot of information from Steemword.
I use it mostly indeed to see my rewards (always fun to see) and to see who upvoted or commented me. That works much easier then the Steemit website itself.
Steemit basic income
I have given shares in steemit basic income to people from which I thought they had great content but not the recognition the deserve, that way we help eachtother out :)
eSteem
eSteem is a additional editor for dekstop or mobile, it gives you a great interface with all nice features on top of it. It is developed by
