If i'm wrong try to explain why in comments. I think it was and still is possible to abuse STEEM network using SBD/STEEM exchange mechanism. I will explain it with an example.
We assume that SBD and STEEM prices stays as they are at the moment. Calculations are not very accurate. Anyway in previous month it was even more profitable to use this system.
- Buy 1000 SBD. Your initial cost is 890$.
- Exchange SBD to STEEM using network mechanism, you should receive STEEM worth 1000$(Real dollars). Sell it on the exchange
- Now you can buy SBD for 1000$(already 110$ after just 3 days).
- Repeat 2 and 3 as long as you want.
After 60 days from 890$ you will have ~ about 8146.66542$
That's insane.
