In various posts and comments I’ve mentioned how much I like the fact that when you’re buying #steembasicincome units by default you’re helping to strengthen Steemlandia’s ecosystem because you’re simultaneously buying units for yourself and for others.

Keep in mind that this will work best for those who already have some SBI units. Given dust limitations, one SBI unit all by itself isn’t all that useful. But I guess it’s a start.
Some Caveats
I reserve the right to be arbitrary and capricious.
If you and your 82 alt accounts all post comments, don’t expect to get 83 SBI units.
As of posting this, I have about 13 liquid Steem in my account, and that might go up or down by the time of this post’s payout. If 500 people post comments, well, we’ll have a problem. I guess I’d do something like use an online random number generator to choose who gets the units. Or maybe just get some of the units right away and others later. But given how quiet it’s seemed around here lately, this might well not be a problem.
So, who wants an SBI unit?
Say what you will about the Steem(it) soap opera of the last few months, but I firmly believe that those earning and/or buying SP now will be very happy that they did so in the years to come.
