SUICIDE......ROOT CAUSE OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION:
People in this modern era are one of the major targets of anxiety and depression
but why.......
should i google this too, why not just think about it for once.
I've been really depressed for a while and today while just roaming along the park to meet a friend , the surrounding around me just made me realize something .
but, first lets us see what depression and anxiety really mean.
What is the Difference Between Anxiety and Depression?> >
Mental health is complicated which can make it fairly difficult to differentiate between two separate problems.
One of the most common problems that average people have is trying to tell the difference between anxiety and depression disorder. While both share a common platform, they are separate conditions, and each disorder plays a very important role the treatment.
Anxiety:
predicting negatively over what's about to happen and what could happen in the future. Worried thoughts, or a belief that something could go in a very negative direction .Feeling like you need to ignore or run away or avoid things that could cause further overthinking and anxiety
Depression:
Feeling of sadness about the what about to happen, as though it's hopeless.Listlessness, and a weak of belief that positive things will never occur in life ( much worry), but instead a certainty of future negative emotions.
Possible suicidal thoughts.

You've noticed some changes in your life lately. Regularly you feel sad, hopeless all the time, or don’t get not as much as little joy out of stuff or feelings that used to be fun before. Sounds like depression, right?
Maybe that's not all. Sometimes you're worried, afraid, and just plain uneasy. Isn't that a sign of anxiety?
Not so fast. Its normal to have ups and downs in life, everyone is either suffering due to self degrading emotions or the negative impact of society onto themselves.

i try to explain to most people that the only way to be happy is to be who you truly are, and the only way to live life is to do the things that you want to do and be the person that you want to be no matter who that is ,never get enslaved by other peoples criticism and dont even care about what others might think.The people who love you and actually care about you will stay with you till the end and instead of leaving or ignoring you , they will ask your situation and help with your problems in life and i swear to god never loose these kinds of people because they are one in a millions. i guess thats what really helped me and That's the only way you can be genuinely happy is to be yourself.
LOOK AROUND YOU ITS A BEAUTIFUL WORLD:
to be honest i dont know the cure of anxiety and depression but what i do to cure my depression is to go outside and talk to people and if your uncomfortable around meeting people or even talking to them adopt an animal and go out to eat amazing food because no one can stop you.
explore the world ,travel till your heart pleasure
see the beautiful views from the mountaintops and old historical places where change in the world took place.
