Psalm 6
There are times in the life of believers that issues overwhelm them. Hard circumstance can lead many to lament and even give up. There are circumstance in life that challenge the faith of the child of God and even make other question their faith. Some of these challenging moments occur either as a result of neglect on the the part of the believer or there are times such circumstance are caused by enemies of the people of God.
In today's text we come across the psalmist lamenting bitterly because of a grave of illness he was suffering from. This situation appears to have come about because of God's displeased at some particular sin committed. Ina time of difficulty and grave illness,the psalmist still held his faith and called on God:" Have mercy upon me", for my bone are vexed. He called for God's mercy knowing God was in control of all things and could heal all diseases.
In life there may be times things will nota go as we expect. In such moment we should not lose our faith and run around. We should call on God, the one who is able to heal and deliever
Like the psalmist,know that "the LORD that heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer". Have faith and call on the Lord,for He is able to heal you.
