"Therefore, Sarah laughed within herself, saying, after i am waxed old shall i have pleasure, my Lord being old also? (Genesis 18:12)"
Sarah received a prohetic word that she would bring forth the child of promise around the age of ninety and she wrote herself off: she was no longer expecting and trusting God for a baby. She believed that it was already over the Bar; what an error.
Why? No one has the right to write him/her self off! God has the final say over your life, its not wise concluding before he does.
As long as life is intact, hope and destiny are still very much available.
Sometimes we analyze the physical and paralyze the spiritual just the way Sarah did, she no longer had the monthly circle and she draw inference from that and made her conclusions even when God made promises to her. but God still had plans for her life.
Keep these facts at the tips of your finger;
- Never judge the future with the past nor the present!
- That spiritual revelation is stronger than the physical reality!
- That one's expectation from God is superior to one's actual experience
- Refuse to celebrate the past so as not to frustrate the future
Determine to agree with God so that you can show forth his praise in this generation.
Remember that if the Lord is behind your making, then the low places of this earth are not your portion.
Remain blessed!
