It is so nice for someone to help us when we find ourselves in difficult situations, be they economic or of any kind.
The call of a friend to help us, the company of a brother who gives us encouragement and words of encouragement in the midst of the storm, the presence of a family member who comes in response to our call for help in the middle of the road are some of the many things we can do for others.
God has given us precious Spiritual Gifts for the edification of his church body, the gift of help is one of them.
"And God put some in the church, first apostles, then prophets, the third teachers, then those who work miracles, then those who heal, those who help, those who administer, those who have the gift of tongues." 1 Corinthians 12:28
We can then notice that those who Help perform functions that bless the whole church and Glorify God.
