Firstly, All living things grow, you dont have to make them grow. It is a natural thing for a living organism to grow of they are healthy. Lack of growth usually indicates unhealthy situation, possible a disease. Thus, since the church is a living organist, it is an organism not an organization. It is alive, if a church is not growing, that means it is dying. The key issue for churches in the 21st centuryis church health.
When a congregation is healthy, they grow the way God intends. The healthy churches doesn't need tricks to grow. They grow naturally.. Colosians. 2:19
GROWTH VS CHURCH
*The word church is derived from a greek word ekklesia which connotes the called out ones...

The scripture makes a distinction between the loyal church and the universal church. All people who believe in Jesus for salvation are part of the universal church. But Unless they join themselves to a local body of believe, it is difficult to conceive membership in the church universal means....
